Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, except in cases of manufacturer defect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. You may cancel your order at no cost any time before it has been fulfilled.
